Theme: Boldy. Boldy is a free theme available from Site5, a web hosting company. For a free theme, Boldy is a pretty nice theme. It features a home page slider that’s easy to set up, a nice overall design, a contact form and a portfolio template. Be aware that the home page code does not include the images above the 3 boxes underneath the slider. Nor does it limit the amount of text pulled from the post/page. It’s a decent free theme, but could use a little polishing of the code.

Modifications: Modified the PHP code to pull in featured images for the three boxes on the home page. Modified the PHP code to shorten the amount of text diplayed for the three home page boxes. Removed some background to get a nice clean white background. Used Photoshop to change the color of the header, footer, buttons and list image (bullet). Removed the background color from the logo that was provided. Created one button in Photoshop. Sized the images for the slider & set it up.
