Theme: Custom design by Danny Alexander at black and blue design. The custom graphics are laid over ThemeHybrid designed by Justin Tadlock. ThemeHybrid is a free WordPress theme framework. If you haven’t worked with ThemeHybrid I recommend you give it a try. The Liga Masiva graphic design is a very complex graphic treatment due to the many drop shadows around the outside content area and the various boxes defining individual content areas. It was a challenge to make these drop shadows work in all of the pages because the content areas aren’t fixed on blog pages, normal pages and the sidebar elements. The biggest challenge to this site was slicing and dicing the Photoshop files and making it all work for Liga Masiva. In addition to making the graphics work, I created a custom image slider on the home page using the jQuery Cycle Plugin (not a WordPress plugin) with a custom button link and custom star navigation; modified the 1Shoppingcart email form from a table to CSS layout; integrated 1Shoppingcart products as needed; modified the lightbox popups with CSS; added image, video and inline elements in the lightbox popups; added a clickable image rotator using jQuery Cycle on the Coffee and Wholesale pages; created custom menus using images; created image sprites for the menus and buttons; created custom CSS to make it all work.

Plugins: Liga Masiva was a WordPress site prior to the custom theme application. Only two plugins were added: Lightbox Plus and Message Ticker. I have advised the owner to install WP Super Cache because of the slow page loads, but as yet the owner has not agreed to have it installed.
