Refunds

Refunds will be given for unused time or for services not yet performed except in the case of special offers. The amount of the refund will be the original purchase price minus any fees or charges applied by the account processor (credit card company, PayPal, etc). Purchases of hourly time must be used or a refund requested within one year of purchase date, otherwise the remaining balance will be forfeited by the purchaser.

Account Authorized

You must be authorized to use the account (credit card, PayPal, bank, etc.) through which you make purchases from High FX Media, Inc. If you are not, you agree that you forfeit all right to refunds, dispute resolution and any right to recover damages for any reason.

Dispute Resolution

High FX Media, Inc. will make every effort to resolve any disagreements our customers may have with our work. By purchasing services from High FX Media, Inc. you agree to arbitration on any disagreement regarding the amount of time or money for a specific task or project. The arbitrator will be from the State of Michigan, USA and the arbitration will occur in Michigan.

Who Decides Time Charged to a Task or Project

High FX Media, Inc. makes every effort to be honest and fair in determining the amount of time charged to a specific task or project. By purchasing services from High FX Media, Inc. you agree that High FX Media, Inc. and its principals and employees have the sole right to determine how much time will be charged to a specific task or project.

Right to Legal Recourse

You will hold High FX Media, Inc., its principals and employees harmless for any and all consequential damages that may occur from provided services. Any legal recourse is governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, USA.
